This tool will generate all of the required CSS definitions that allow you to customize the scrollbar color in Internet Explorer.
These style properties can be used for more than just the scrollbar on the right side of the browser window. You can color the scrollbars in an iframe, in a textarea box, or even in a frameset just as easily as the browser scrollbars.
