Why Online Polls Work - Displaying Online Polls

Thereís no point in creating an online poll for your site if no one can see it. Youíll want to display your online poll so that it commands attention. Give it good placement on the page where itís placed. Thereís more than one way you can display online polls to highlight them on your site.

Many sites put polls on main pages, asking questions to give traffic more of what they want. Often, Webmasters use this to make improvements or changes to the site. In this case, youíll want your poll to have prime placement on the main page of your site.

Online polls are often used to enhance content on sites as well. For instance, you might have an article or blog post on your site about planting vegetables. At the end of the content, include a poll thatís related to the content. This adds interaction, gives your readers a little something extra and gets a few more keywords on your content pages.
