Google's AdSense is one of the most popular revenue-generating programs on the Internet. If you have a content-rich Web site or blog, you're probably familiar with Google AdSense. Using Google AdSense
Google allows you to take advantage of AdSense in three different ways. AdSense for search enables your site to produce ads when traffic seeks content on your pages. These ads, sponsored links, will appear along with your site’s search results. AdSense for mobile puts ads within the rich content on your mobile phone pages.
The most popular form of AdSense is the version that’s made specifically for Web-based content. This program searches the content on your site and matches the words to corresponding ads in the form of text or pictures (whatever you decide). Google has recently added yet another form of advertising to the AdSense program -- streaming video. You can choose this method as well when you want to take advantage of AdSense.
When you sign up for AdSense, you receive revenue based upon the number of clicks or page impressions each ad receives. This means traffic actually has to click on the ad link for you to earn. You will be paid for each one thousand impressions Google records. This may sound like small change, but there are ways to get more out of AdSense by optimizing your ads and concentrating on content.
