When you choose to sign up and start using Webstarts, youíll be taken immediately into the design of your site -- even before you offer any account information. Right away, youíll be focused on your primary goal: creating a piece of the Web thatís all your own.
A large selection of site templates will immediately greet you when you begin the sign up process. You can surf these templates at will, or choose from a drop-down box of categories to help you quickly achieve the right look. These templates will serve as the basic design for your site, so choose the one that most appeals to you. Use the Preview button on each template to get a good look at the possibilities.
Suppose you donít like any of the templates? On the left-hand side of the template selection screen, youíll notice that you have the option to Build Your Site from Scratch. Click this if youíd like to choose a brand-new design, creating a look as you go.
Once your template has been selected, youíll be taken to an account creation screen where youíll enter the necessary information to being building a site. Webstarts asks for a name, email address and password from you. Once this information is entered, you can truly start building your site. Donít like your template? You can change it at any time to completely change the look of your site.
