Build a Completely Free Site - Still Want More?

Thanks to all the online freebies, you’ve got a lot of different things to add to your site. But why stop there? There are plenty of pages which corral free offers into one simple menu, so you can have the option of picking and choosing from among several different free features you might like to include on your own pages.

Sites such as AllProfitAllFree (http://www.allprofitallfree.com/free_content.html, pictured above) offer many different freebies for Webmasters to use. Search for the extras you’d like to include, copy the code or download the software, and you’re almost instantly ready to include something new on your site.

    What’s it all Worth?

By now, you have an impressive site that’s got a whole lot to offer -- not unlike other, expensively-designed sites out there on the Web. Here’s the difference: your site didn’t cost a thing. This is a great victory in an online world where everything seems out to charge you or swindle you in some way…but what, exactly, is the point?

You’ve got a free site, so what comes next? Once you build up your content and start drawing visitors toward your many wonderful features, you can actually take your page to the next level. So far, your site has cost you nothing. Could it start to earn a little something for you?

Now’s the time to start advertising products and services if you have any to sell, to include a link for donations (and include a link to PayPal for this purpose, as this is a very simple and user-friendly method for online payments), to start earning revenue for your pages. You may not have spent any money on them, but you did take the time to create them -- and isn’t that worth something?

Look for advertising programs which will pay you for your space. You’ll be given a code to include on your page (it will appear as clickable links), and you’ll earn income when your traffic clicks. You can also sponsor contests and giveaways which cost a fee to enter (keeping a portion of the proceeds for your site, of course). There are many different ways to earn money online, and a free site is a great start if you want to make it happen.
