Your Site`s Budget - The Cost of Content

Every Webmaster wants keyword-rich, compelling content to spice up their pages and bring in more and more traffic to the site. Tightly-focused, keyword dense articles are exactly what you need to start pulling in more traffic. Isn’t more traffic what every Web site wants? How else will your site find success without visitors?

However, not everyone was born to be a writer, and not everyone has time to create SEO-focused content for their Web pages no matter how badly they may need it to build a Web presence. To get the quality content you need for your site, consider hiring writers to help take the burden of traffic-driving SEO-based content creation off your shoulders. Be sure to express your needs and wants for the site thoroughly before you hire, and ask for sample content from any potential writer before you make a final decision.

For many sites, hiring content writers is a great way to get the articles, blog posts and SEO focus they need to obtain the amount of online traffic they crave. You will need to pay your writers for their work, however, and this will cost you. In many cases, it’s acceptable to offer a percentage of ad revenue to your writers. This way, they make more money the more they write. This arrangement is good for your site and helps them earn revenue -- a win-win situation for all parties.

If you want to pay writers through ad revenue (or have a steady flow of income with which to pay your writers a flat fee), it’s time to think about the cost of advertising.
