Ask for comments from your visitors through mail, chat, online forms etc. and once they contact you, acknowledge their comment by saying thank you. This can be done by setting up an auto-responder mail system. Update your site regularly and keep your customers informed about when the site is down for updating etc.
Customer Relationship Management:
Reply to your customer's queries assuring them that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. Provide them with all the help by making available FAQ's, site map, terms of use, privacy policies etc. Give your customer a quality service.
