Can You Earn with Feeds? - Earning with Feeds

If you want to start earning with feeds, you have to find a program that will suit your site. Learn more about some of the Internet’s most popular feed-based advertising:

    Feedburner

Feedburner offers advertising for your feeds, but it goes one step beyond. With this site, you can actually create your feeds as well. When you create custom RSS feeds through Feedburner, you’ll have the option of choosing advertising as well. However, you can only use Feedburner in conjunction with Blogger, TypePad, WordPress, MySpace or podcast/video feeds. Feedburner, like much of the Internet it seems, is owned by Google.

    Google AdSense for Feeds

True to its name, Google AdSense for feeds works exactly like its parent program. If you’re familiar with AdSense, truly the Internet’s most popular form of pay-per-click advertising, then you can use Google AdSense for feeds. In fact, Google will have it no other way; unless you have an existing AdSense account, you can’t use the program for your feeds. Signing up for both programs, however, is fairly quick and painless.

By Google’s own admission, AdSense for feeds isn’t wholly perfected yet. Google’s help pages state that the program is still in its testing phase. Since Feedburner, a popular and fairly long-standing feed advertising service, is owned by Google, you will find it’s somewhat similar to AdSense as it is.
