Go to Dashboard-Settings-Reading, and then in the front page displays, select "A Static Page." This will give a static home page for WordPress.
Consult with your hosting provider and developer to make sure all of those "not found" pages will give a 404 header status and not 200 (OK). An adjustment of the .htaccess file may be needed.
You can create a new page in WordPress called "Sitemap" containing all the links pointing to your post and important pages in your blog. This will ensure all important posts and pages will be crawlable in Google.
