LiveJournal: Blogs for All - Enjoying the LiveJournal Extras
(Page 4 of 4 )
Want to enjoy more than blogging with LiveJournal? There’s a lot to do on this site. Create a scrapbook with online pictures, look for communities or find friends through the LJ community. There are many, many communities out there which help you interact with other LJ users.
You can also add users to your friends list, which might grant them special access to your posts (depending on how you have them configured). When you have friends on your list, you can easily access their LiveJournal at any time.
On-site email even allows you to trade messages or invites with other LJ users, helping you take your interactions further. Birthdays of friends are also listed with the message system (that’s why the site asks for your birth date).
LiveJournal also provides mobile options so you can stay in touch with the site (and your various friends and communities) all the time.
LiveJournal offer blogs for all, but also many more features to help people meet each other and perhaps find interesting reading, too.
