Improving Blogspot Traffic with Free Google Tools

This article discusses how you can improve traffic in your Blogspot blogs using the top free tools from Google, namely Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics. The early part discusses the fundamentals of these tools, and the last part will discuss strategies for improving traffic.

For those who do not clearly understand SEO/Internet marketing terms, "traffic" is synonymous with "number of visitors."

Important things you should not miss

Warning: do not fall into the trap of being too obsessed with your blog traffic or rankings. You will fall to the Dark Side of Internet marketing, which is SPAMMING. The truth is:

    1. High quality and original content is the ONLY way to survive in this tough competition.

    2. Visitors read your blog content because they are looking for solutions. Make sure your content provides the ANSWER!

Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics are great tools that will help you create great content. Make sure you love to write your content. Do not just write content for the purpose of earning AdSense revenue. This is a big mistake for bloggers.
