    Build a Better Blog

You canít surf the Internet without running into at least one blog. Even celebrities write blogs these days to keep their fans up-to-date on news and events in their lives. But you donít have to be famous to write a blog - though writing a great one could help you get one step closer to true Internet stardom. Want to learn how to build a better blog? Learn how to make it fun, make it funny and make it stand out to make it a success.

A blog could always be better - more popular, more entertaining, more compelling to traffic. Using online tools and free sites, anyone can create a blog with ease. But anyone can also learn how to build a better blog and take their efforts to the next level.

    Creating a Blog

Because of their popularity, anyone can create blogs online for free and with relative ease. In fact, many free sites also offer free blogs with their Web page packages.

Yahoo, pictured above, offers an easy-to-use HTML editor that helps you create new blog posts quickly and effectively. Many other sites provide similar features, so that when you sign up for a free Web site youíll usually be getting an easy-to-use blog in the bargain.

If you have no interest in creating an entire Web site around your blog, you still have plenty of options to allow you to blog free of charge. Other Web sites offer free blogs that are made to stand alone. WordPress (pictured above) is one of the best-known examples of these sites.

It isnít too difficult to find free blogs or even to create a blog (all it takes is a little HTML and a whole lot of words, right?). The difficult part is in creating a popular, well-read blog. Want to know how to build a better blog, not just an ordinary one?
